Order Process and Contract Formation

  5. The contract is considered complete when Esprit de Vie FZ LLC receives your order electronically and confirms it by email.

  8. Esprit de Vie FZ LLC will notify you once your order has been handed over to the shipping provider or in case of cancellation.
  9. Esprit de Vie FZ LLC reserves the right not to process orders that appear incomplete, incorrect, or fail to provide sufficient payment guarantees.
    In such cases, we will inform you by email, and any amounts paid will be refunded within 14 business days from the date of notification.
  10. Orders must be submitted in English or Italian.


Pre-Order Policy

Items marked as Pre-Order are produced in limited quantities and shipped starting from early 2026.
Customers will receive continuous updates regarding production and shipment timelines via email.
Full payment is required at the time of order.


Return & Refund Policy (Summary)

• Orders are processed within 14 business days from the confirmation email.
• Delivery occurs within 14 business days from dispatch.
• Refunds may be requested within 7 business days from delivery.
• The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
• Tailored fragrances, custom devices, and opened fragrance products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute arising from or in connection with the interpretation or execution of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
