Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and our policy reflects the same care we dedicate to each crafted piece.


Processing & Shipping

• Orders are processed within 14 business days from the confirmation email you will receive.
• Delivery occurs within 14 business days from dispatch through tracked and insured shipping.
• Items marked as pre-order will be shipped starting from early 2026, with continuous updates provided by email.


Returns & Refunds

Refunds may be requested within 7 business days from the date of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• To request a return, please contact us at info@espritdevieparesthernigro.com.
• If approved, you will receive a return shipping label and full instructions on how to proceed.
• Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
• Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval.
• Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
• Please allow additional time for your bank or credit provider to finalize the transaction.


Non-Returnable Items

Tailored fragrances and custom devices are crafted exclusively upon request and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, we also cannot accept returns of opened fragrance products or personal scent components.
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
